This is the second bedroom or can be used as a family room.

I bought a house in Sun City a week ago. It is a two bedroom, one bath town house. All new kitchen and appliances, new water heater, new carpet and ceiling fans in both bedrooms.

4th of JULY at the BOEKEMEIER'S

Bernard grilled hamburgers and cooked corn on the cob. Karen made
her famous potato salad and there was plenty of chips and dip and
watermelon. Relaxing and watching the Diamondbacks trying to win a game.
They actually did win yesterday.

WICKED

I went to the matinee of the musical Wicked yesterday afernoon at the Gammage theater in Tempe. I will never look at the Wizzard of Oz the same way again. It was phenomenal!!!, funny and throughly entertaining. I urge everyone who hasn't seen it to do so if the opportunity arises.
